DARKEN RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Darken Products, LTD (“Darken”, “we”, “us”)! We want our customers (“you”) to receive the best service as possible.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To start, please email us at DarkenSales@gmail.com to request a return or exchange.
· To be eligible to return a product for a refund or in exchange for an identical product, the following conditions (“Conditions”) apply: You must initiate the return process by sending us an email to the above email address no more than 21 calendar days from the date on which your product was shipped to you.
· The product to be returned must be in new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it from us.
· The product to be returned must be returned in its original packaging and with any Darken tags still attached.
· You will be responsible for paying any and all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us, and any and all such shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, we may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
· As to any particular product being returned to us, you must provide us with proof of purchase as each such product. To demonstrate proof of purchase, you may email us a copy of the receipt or include the receipt (or copy thereof) with the product being returned to us.
· Any product that we identify as being on sale is eligible to be returned only if you receive it from us in a damaged conditioned, in which case these Conditions shall apply.
· We are unable to refund or exchange any product that you send to us if we find such product to be dirty, stained, damaged, worn, or abused.
· Subject to these Conditions, we will only exchange a product that you return to us with an identical product. If you wish to exchange your product for a different product, you must return the original product and purchase the new product separately.
· Once we receive the item that you have returned to us, we will examine it and notify you as to whether you are eligible for a refund or to exchange.
· If we determine that you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, and you should receive the credit so many days thereafter as determined by your card issuer's policies.
